Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
PixNexa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website pixnexa.xyz (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us — for example, by using the contact form on our Contact page or emailing contact@pixnexa.xyz — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information about your device and browsing behavior, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Comments. If you leave a comment on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for basic Site functionality, such as remembering your cookie-consent choice and maintaining security.
- Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, through Google Analytics) so we can improve our content and user experience.
- Advertising cookies: used by advertising partners such as Google AdSense to show relevant ads and measure their performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect how the Site functions. Because the Site is aimed at a US audience, we do not currently operate a cookie-consent banner, but you may manage cookies at any time through your browser.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to analyze how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the Site, which pages they visit, and which other sites they used before coming here. The information generated by these cookies is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the Site, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
We may display advertisements on the Site through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. For more information about how Google uses data when you use our Site, visit google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including product retailers, manufacturers, and reference sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit. Clicking an affiliate or external link may result in the third party collecting information about you in accordance with its own privacy policy.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests;
- Analyze Site traffic and usage trends through analytics;
- Display relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness;
- Detect, prevent, and address spam, fraud, and security issues;
- Comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with trusted third parties that help us operate the Site — such as our hosting provider (Hostinger), analytics providers (Google Analytics), and advertising partners (Google AdSense) — bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, keeping correspondence related to reader inquiries — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics providers.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@pixnexa.xyz, and we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Residents of certain US states (such as California under the CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@pixnexa.xyz with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may also opt out of personalized advertising as described in the Advertising section above.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact Us
